Reminiscent of Basque (Spanish) sheep milk cheeses our platter includes:

‘Jamberoo Mountain Blue’, ‘Yarrawa’ (Australia’s first raw milk cheese) and

‘Bloomy’ a white camembert-style cheese, soft ripened and delicious.
