2015 Robert Stein Shiraz (Mudgee, NSW)

This flavour-filled 2015 vintage was used to craft a great Shiraz showing a bold violet-red hue, lifted red berry and spice notes, while a smooth palate structure rich in dark berry and chocolate flavours.

A small production wine available only in NSW. Palate is medium bodied with flavours of dark chocolate and warm spices balanced with fine ripe tannins. Giving the wine a generous lingering flavour. A cracker!

Debussy Reverie Cabernet Syrah (Pays d’Oc, France)

Medium bodied with a plush mid palate and good richness, flavours of ripe blackcurrant, blackberries and liquorice merge with earthy toasted oak and spice. Dryish finish with chalky tannins.

Familia Torres Tempranillo (Catalonia, Spain)

Dark ruby red color. Concentrated aroma of wild berries & spices with oaky notes of toast. Warm & vinous on the palate with lush body & juicy tannins.
